Great service! I couldn't be happier with the work Brian and his team did. They fixed a problem that I have been dealing with for some time now and have had many different companies try to resolve it. They are true professionals!

We used this business to service our A/C and water heater. Brian and Chase were great to work with! They were knowledgeable and fixed everything the last technicians did to cut corners. If you want it done the right way, this local business is the way to go!

We called Horizon for a quote on HVAC service. They were priced more reasonably than other companies, so we decided to give them a try. They got us scheduled within a couple of days, and their technician Brian was very professional and thorough. We will definitely call them back in the fall to service our furnace.

The reviews are not realistic all. The guy who introduced himself as "Brian" came to our house and had to wait about 10 minutes for my husband to come home to speak with him, on his way from work. And in that time, I was under the impression he would be waiting on our porch, which has several chairs. Instead, this guy walked throughout our home and our freakin bedroom without me even knowing it as he took a phone call on speaker and I heard him talking and realized he was in our house and had let himself in. When I said I thought he was outside waiting, He said he was "just seeing how many bedrooms there were". As if that were not creepy and unprofessional enough, as I tried to ask general questions of swamp coolers to keep him from invading any more of my privacy as we waited for my husband, he was audacious enough to ask me if I was asking because I was "worried about money" and if so, to "just throw the $30,000 quote on credit card like most of his clients do" since this joke of a company does not offer financing for large expense HVAC projects. This guy"Brian" is inauthentic, unprofessional and made my skin crawl when he comfortably went through our home without me being present or even aware that he had came back in my house after going outside to his vehicle. I would never let this man or his team back in our home or recommend the company for safety reasons and reasonable financial options for home projects, like an hvac conversion.

Had a plumbing emergency today... called 15 different plumbers hoping someone could come ASAP. Brian & his son were the first to show up and also had the most affordable hourly charge. They were clean cut, professional, easy to talk to and very responsive communicators. They took a QUICK trip to Lowes for the part and didn't dally to draw out time. There wasn't an exorbitant up-charges on the parts. Costs were extremely fair. Work was executed cleanly & done within the hour. We paid for 1 hour and 1 part and walked away feeling blessed to finally find a plumber we can call and trust when we're in a tight spot. Thanks guys!!
